RingSorted is made by TNS365, a UK call-handling and breakdown network for the commercial-vehicle industry. Hire companies, manufacturers and repair agents trust our operators with their phone lines — mostly out of hours, when a missed call means a truck stuck on the roadside.
That work taught us two things. First: answering the phone properly is a skill — knowing what to ask, what matters, and what the person at the other end actually needs. Second: most small businesses can't justify a human answering service, so their calls simply go unanswered. The plumber under the sink, the salon mid-appointment, the garage at 7pm — they lose work every week to a phone that rang out.
AI voice finally makes it possible to give those businesses what our big clients have always had: a phone that always gets answered. So we built RingSorted — an AI receptionist trained to do the one thing we know best, and honest about what it doesn't do.
